Petrobras: Production in new Field in 2018
Brazil's state-run oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) expects to start commercially viable production in its Tartaruga Mestiça oil area in the first half of 2018, according to a securities filing on Monday.
Petrobras signed an agreement with a new state-owned oil company, PPSA, to develop the field in the Campos Basin, the filing said. The plan will need to be approved by Brazil's ANP oil regulator.
